Work in Civic Tech

I am a Senior Principal Product Designer at Coforma. Before joining Coforma, I designed the student loan management platform for the launch of Summer, PBC and led creative operations at Fortuny, the century-old Venetian fabric house. At Coforma, I recently led product design and research for Center for Consumer Information & Insurance Oversight (CCIIO), to evaluate their current CRM systems and evaluate tools for future use. I have expertise in product design, Human Centered Design (HCD), design research, report writing, and branding and communication design. Highlights from my tenure at Coforma include:
